Well done Aussie ( Greek ) Ange and Celtic on getting the SPFL title in his first season at the famous Scottish club., a great turn around for the Hoops. last few seasons have not been great and they started this season looking as if Rangers would dominate again, a couple of critical wins over their great rivals and a strong second half got Ange an impressive title and it was amazing to watch their final game v Motherwell and the premiership crowd celebrations complete with inflatable kangaroos and cork hats..

Another great result for Ange.After success in both the A+J Leagues.And very competitive as national coach with an undermanned national team squad.
18 months ago Celtic where in a complete mess.None of the new recruits fitted into the team.And a club legend Lennon was shown the door.
It didn't take Ange long to restore the winning culture at the Hoops.Good luck to Rangers in the Europa League final.On Thursday morning our time.

Didnt go to well v Real Madrid, last night, sadly still a gap in SPFL and top flight Euro Football.

And after another successful season, Ange is now leaving Celtic and is apparently looking at a EPL coaching gig. His name has been linked to London based Tottenham. If he does take the helm of Hotspur's, he will be the first Aussie to coach an English league team I am led to believe.

Ange confirmed as Tottenham Hotspurs new coach on a 4 year deal. Made the smart move a long time ago giving up the Socceroos job, took a Japanese club to the title then won two titles in two years at Celtic. First Aussie to coach an EPL club. Well done Ange.

Not just some minnow club either that's just scraped into the EPL. Didn't they win the title a couple of years ago?

Hot Spurs are on field ,under achievers. 
Allmost won the EPL the year Leicester City won.
One of the few EPL clubs in profit,since 2012.
The 4th largest club in the UK on revenue. Behind Manu,Man City and Liverpool. Bigger than Arsnal and Chelsea now.
The 10 th ranked Soccer team in the World on revenue. 
Ange takes control on the first of July.And will have to negotiate the transfer of Harry Kane.One of the big Spanish clubs or Man u.

Just a slight amendment to your statement Gtrx. Arsenal were the team that finished runners up to Leicester the year they won the title. As you said Tottenham are perennial underachievers.
Ange will get the boot if he doesn't turn things around quickly. Contracts mean nothing in the premier league

TBO Mike.Its great to see an Aussie Manager in the EPL.But like the last 5 Spurs Managers.He won't be given the cash to compete with the best clubs.
Better of staying at Celtic.

Have you ever been to an Arsenal game Ti Em? I went to Highbury when in the UK in the 70s and 80s and in 2010 at the Emirates, great days out!
