Former Perth player Peter Krepp sadly passed away on June 2, aged 72. Peter played 39 games from 1966-68, including the winning grand final teams in 1966 and 1967. He was recruited from Kalgoorlie City and was the son of Swan District’s first Sandover Medalist, George Krepp. The following message is from the Perth Football Club published in The West..,”KREPP (PETER)

Peter had a short though highly successful career with the Perth Football Club. In his 39 League matches he was a key member of two Premiership sides (1966/ 1967). Like his Sandover Medallist father, Peter was an accomplished wingman who left an indelible mark on the Club.

Sincere condolences are extended to all family members.”

Remember Peter playing and can remember being disappointed when he gave it away after just 39 games.

Apparently Peter was at Bassendean on Saturday night to celebrate his father George being inducted into the Swan’s Hall of Fame then passed away peacefully on Sunday.
