Not sure it was a clean out, more a mutual parting.

As I have said previously the Club put what was expected to them and they mutually decided to part as they couldn't commit to it.

If they were never going to agree to what the Club and the leadership group were planning no use stopping them leaving.

The new discipline in the Club is being overseen by the playing group.

We have already seen Daniel Murray disciplined by the leadership group not by the coaching staff.

I would have thought that tells you something about the mindset of those still at the Club.

What a refreshing change of atmosphere at the Club.

Will it take us to the top? Who knows but by the look of it some players at least want to have a go.

I would have thought it was time to get behind the players not to go on and on about the coach.

Then what process was put in place you tell me?

You have said it yourself the change in culture was driven by Marty Atkins.

Get it through your thick skull some of these players weren't prepared to cop the new culture.

If you don't like it do what some of the players did go somewhere else because we don't want you.
