Blue has had an average year and Laine Wilkins is a good user but panics with any pressure on so I for one am excited about possibility of new blood on the wings - JJ has been great in that role so if he is anywhere near fit he has to play, let's roil the dice on the other wing - Dev McFarlane?

Dev is definitely a good user of the ball but I'd still prefer him down back. If Latch and Marlin were fit then you could use Dev on a wing but with our injuries ATM thinks he's better of in defence.

While I hope these guys get an opportunity this season I think we need a couple of bigger bodies in the team to help the kids we have in there now out.

Cody Kickett must be close to a call-up. His ressies' form has been very good including the screamer he took last week. Has good skills and a bit of hardness at the ball.
Not sure that Leonard is ready yet.

All players in bold come into the team while McKenna will miss as will Wilkins.

As I have said all week I'd be bringing in Jacobs and M.Jones.

If Ansey is fit enough to play league I'd be giving him a go as well. Need a bigger body up forward with White injured.

I agree Mr AFL. The four ins should be Edmonds, Jones, Jacobs and Ansey.
I also want to see Colledge more in the midfield than up forward or down back.

Ansey not named in reserves so looks like he may play.

Those lists are usually a bit short DF. Usually allows for a couple of players to earn dropped. I wait until the club puts the squad lists for all three grades on their website. Usually done on Fridays.

Walley, Ansey, Jacobs and Edmonds back in for the injured McKenna and Wilkins while Roe and scotney have been dropped.

Would have liked to have seen Marshall Jones get a call up.
