I thought the more it rained the better we played and for the brief times it was dry Subi's better skills prevailed. It was a guts and determination effort by the Demons.

no argument from me smokey. as I said you can only play the 22 who run out in front of you and you guys were better on the day in really tough conditions. I was just commenting on my rationale for tipping perth which was based on Subi missing a heap of first 22 players including state reps Delahunty, Horsley, Kitchin, plus Twomey Halligan, Waters, Hancock, Madut and a couple of others...but that's footy...no gripes or excuses from me...we weren't good enough and that's reflected on the score board.
