He was actually very steady for us in the games he played and given we lost Johnston after the first couple of games for the season it shows me his heart wasn't in it, rather he must have thought it's a pity I didn't notch up my hundredth, might go back and tick that off my bucket list so I can say I'm a hundred game WAFL player.
Anyway as they say it gives younger players an opportunity who are hungry to prove themselves. A bloke like Mathew Thompson springs to mind who is grabbing the opportunity with both hands.
