You may be right PN but we will have to agree to disagree. Just imagine where we would be if Angus was the only recruit.
We just do not have the cattle to build a team around the recruits and are expecting too much from them.
Troppo and Bluey are being heavily tagged and Whitey is still on the injured list. We have not been able to get Spencer White onto the ground.
There is very little in the ressies except a few who are getting their chance but sadly there is just no depth, a sad indictment on the club for clogged transition paths in the past. The Colts are very talented but also very young.
I think that Snake is doing the best he can giving some youngsters a go and that policy must continue.

Agree with both views here Smokey and PN. Peter's post is harsh but true but we must give the other recruits time to adjust to new club, new team mates and for the likes of Cary and Etto they are adjusting to a competition that's a higher level to what they have come from and most probably bigger grounds. Remember even Paul Bevan struggled in his first year here.

Earl needs to be given time, he took on a basket case. I would be happy to give him 5 years.

Well that was stuffed. Despite the poor umpiring we continued to overuse the football and are crying out for some KPP. Johnston, S. White and Eyres would have really helped today.

On a side note the club has virtually dismantled the pig pen or demons den as it is known in its politically correct form. They did this because they thought the pen was a bad representation of the club and the umpires gave the opposition free kicks because of the pen.

That pen was the heart and soul of the club and they have frustrated a lot of supporters and the umpires are still giving us some dodgey free kicks against. How about stuff it and stop trying to be the politically correct club and turn your attention to the efforts on field. Because I tell you everyone has a good day when their team wins.

Yeah I agree mate, the thing is though changing the name isn't going make the supporters behave any differently , supporters have being abusing the umpires from day dot.

Fold or Merge for fu#*s sake! I can't take this much longer. And before all you old tossers start banging on I have been a supporter of this club since I was an 8 years old and am now 54 so don't give me your crap. The commission don't care about us so wake up and look to the future! I would be happy to merge with Swans (the first district my local club was aligned to back in the 70's) and at least stop the Perth Eagles alignment and maybe give the wafl some credibilty because we all know what they let Subi get away.

That they have PN. But the Pen just doesn't have the same feeling about it. Almost like it's lost it's soul.
