Bryan Cousins certainly. Long Overdue.
The Buzz - dunno. Perhaps others ahead of him IMO ... Lofts, Inman, Rea, Watson, Atwell.
Two who would be certainties if there was a "posthumous" award ... Ramshaw & Brehaut.
I am not sure of the exact crireria but I do know that it is awarded as a Living Legend who becomes the face of the Perth Football Club for the season.

Coops is definitely a living legend. But I would think Cuz would be the next one.
Victorians still laugh at West Aussies because of the way we bailed out the vfl and then allowed it to be called it the AFL!
