I agree. A challenge for coaches and players. Another scratchie the week before would have been handy.

Hopefully Smokey it will be about 45° in the shade in the opening round. And a slow recovery week for Claremont.

Anyone go to the scratch match last night?

I dropped in briefly as I was passing. Hard to pick out players but seemed that very few first team players out there.
McKenna stood out... looked very fit, Johnston at CHB, Leggett, Jacobs. Wolfy doing laps as was Angus Graham (a big unit) were some I recognised.
No sign of the other recruits.. Jones, White, Cary
I was only there for 10 minutes. Was a lively session. Players looked very fit.
Far too early to get overly excited. It seems that maybe the culling process is about to begin.

Another intraclub this Saturday before we take on West Perth at Joondalup and then South Fremantle at Lathlain the week after.

On another note has anyone been attending the Friday Night Bar at the club. I have only been able to get to one and that was ages ago. Have they been busy? Unfortunately work has been keeping me busy haha
