Jared Bell had a breakout year in 2015. I expect him to consolidate his standing as a very good WAFL player.

Likewise with Cody Leggett. He shows a toughness and a willingness to get the hard ball. Probably needs to put a little polish on his game but has plenty of upside IMO.

Reid Polak knows where to find the ball but seems to need to turn onto his left foot.The opposition appeared to have sorted him out. If he can work on his right side he will be a very valuable player.

Marshall Jones had limited opportunities at league level in 2015 but did show a lot of maturity. He is a good size and good skills. I see a lot of upside to him.

Others who may get their opportunity to show their wares in 2016 are Kayle Phillips, Chapman Jones, Matt Taylor, and several others. There is some very good talent coming through the ranks now that the transition pathways have been unclogged.

Keen to know what everyone else thinks.

Interested to see if John Levian gets a go at any stage this season. From what I have seen, wins clearances and elite place, being a left footer always gives a player an extra edge I believe.
Good move for Perth appointing Ruck as colts coach, will not be shy in encouraging young blokes to be given an opportunity at the higher level.

We definitely have some good young kids coming through but then ago so does everyone else. Lets hope more of our kids though develop quicker and are afforded more opportunities at league level.

Leggett just needs to get more preseasons into him and improve his fitness base. This will allow him to get to more contests. Like with most young players though it takes probably 3-4 really solid summers. Definitely one to watch in 2016.

It is my understanding that Marshall Jones had PSA commitments last year which took priority.
