Never lost a tribunal hearing when I was umpiring because I had some brains and some common sense.
They convict him before he is even on the field.

Not sure that it is a disgrace, he like others before him have earned a reputation, deservedly and it haunts them

Nathan Brooks, one fella from WP a few years back (marone or or something like it He got reported for hitting Michael Prior), some would say Swan was in the same group.

They step over the line and also the boundary and get caught a few times and that earns the reputation.

I went to school with Nathan Brooks Grump, he was a year below me, great guy from a great family, his sister married Ian Dargie from memory.....Brooksie was great to have in your team, though to be honest he was pretty quiet back in those days on and off the footy field.....never noticed any white line fever back in those days from him!.....perhaps Dargie taught him a few tricks, he was definitely one hard nut that guy.....though a very fair one from memory!!

Billings is a maligned and underrated player.
The number of charges dismissed far out number the successful reports.
He is hard at the ball far from malicious.

To be told before a game by an umpire that he is being looked at is not a disgrace.
It is a bloody disgrace.

Billings again not guilty but does he or the Demons get the free kick reversed. These things cost goals and caches jobs.
