"Well managed" Grump I won't even ask you to elaborate. On the risk of bring castigated for posting on a Perth thread. I would say your Colts looked enthusiastic and exciting. Your reserves are a lot weaker then the last few years but tried hard. And your league should give you some hope for the future, just need a few big bodies next year to structure up against the other sides. Cheers Larry Joe Bird.

Correct, although he done some silly things.
He has previously been told in the change rooms prior to a game that he will be looked at.
Unfortunately most of the umpires are incompetent, so are their coaches, some of them are idiots.

listed as only 188cm (6 foot 1 inch) on the 2015 state 18s list,i suppose that is "big" for us.
