Subiaco this week and what a tough game it will be. This could get ugly.

I have seen stronger Subi sides than the one named -- so you never know. If Perth get a good start, it will be a competitive game.

Too many outs for mine..... Stacky, Sully, Sinclair, Welburn AND McKenna is listed in the ressies. Must be a discipline problem which is very disappointing considering the fine form he has been in.
Boyes has deserved his chance. Has been a ball magnet in the ressies since he arrived at the club and is not afraid to put his body on the line.
I cannot judge the Subi lineup but with the Dees having so many key players missing the Lions should not be too hard pressed to win IMO.
However, opportunity is a wonderful thing and the new faces we have this week have the chance to grab it and show what they have got.

B S Doncon C Billings B Latch

HB J Bell D Johnston B Edmonds

C B Wolfenden A Tropiano J Payne

HF A Boyes B Borrett T Gianatti

FF R Brookes J Morton K Hug

F B Power D White C Leggett

Int. J Kalajzic, M Browne, K Chester, M Florio, K Ransted, R Gray, H Tanner

In S Doncon, R Brookes, B Edmonds, A Boyes, J Morton, K Hug, R Gray, M Browne, C Billings

Out B Stack, D O'Sullivan, L Mckenna, M Sinclair, C Walley, M Welburn

Not sure why McKenna is playing reserves. If he has been dropped for disciplinary reasons then that is disappointing but sometimes with these lists you never know. The clubs can play funny buggers at times when putting these lists up on the website.

M Browne, C Billings, B Edmonds, A Boyes, J Morton, S Doncon in for me. Doncon has been at the club for a couple of years now, let's see how he goes in the league.

In 6 games this season our highest score has been 11 goals thats not going to get us anywhere near Subi.
Half our games (3) we have been flogged and kept to very low scores.
Looking at the forwards named tommorrow only 1 player out of that forward six is capable of kicking goals!

Subi are a team capable of kicking a high score and on a fine day i think thats exactly what they will do.

Im wondering when its crisis time for our club especially if we get flogged again tommorrow and thats definately on the cards or are we on track to where the powers to be think we should be at?

In regards to players that get dropped for disciplinary reasons its the whole team that suffers not just the individual.
IMO at this level fine the players there match payments for a week or two or longer that would hurt them more, why should the whole team suffer?

Looks to me like we didn't have the man power but must have fort on like dogs all day long.
Victorians still laugh at West Aussies because of the way we bailed out the vfl and then allowed it to be called it the AFL!
