Good third quarter but pitiful last term. Showed some good signs but too many lapses in concentration cost us. Full credit to Subiaco they were switched on right from the get go and didn't let up until the final siren.

How is the fig jam playing for the loins. What a joke of a club, only clean out required is the ----suckers that run the joint and always has been. That ----stick of a coach has left that place in a shambles. Turn off the lights and hand the keys to West Coast!!!!! :woohoo:

Andrew McDougall did have a good game today but overall hasn't really set the world on fire at Subiaco.

His best year was in 2011 for the Demons.

mcdougall sure did - best on ground. handy in a good side, takes pressure off our ruckmen - gives em a breather. kicked the first of the last that broke the dees resistence.

Well doesn't Wayne Orsi love the camera and microphone on him, he turns it into a AFL national coaching dvd at the highest level for all too listen too?

After having a mammoth 171 points kicked against you its pretty hard to find many positives, still there was a few highlights

Our last 10 minutes of the 3rd quarter showed we can indeed play hard contested and effective football.

Bateman showed his still has excellent skills and the value he adds to the club, hopefully he soldiers on in 2015.

Houghton showed a fair bit which gives you a reason to keep preserving with him.

Manuel came back into the side, played really well and looked determined to ensure he cements his spot in the side.

Sinclair was best of the defenders (pretty hard not to be) and looks a solid player

Tropiano had another serviceable game and White continues to battle manfully as the season progresses, but desperately needs more support.

Ugle’s goal from 50 after picking the ball up at his feet was brilliant and he should continue to develop.

Although he had a very quiet day I’d keep playing Deaves for the remainder of the season to see what he can deliver, especially as Bevo will likely be having a few week holiday.

With Stockley out of the game early on we had a chance to take some control of clearances but despite winning twice as many hit outs, it was of no benefit. Leyendekkers is work in progress but you can see some light at the end of the tunnel, whilst Eyres simply doesn’t do enough around the ground.

Kane takes the occasional good contested mark but really question if he is worth 5 points. Jones and Kalajzic aren’t the answers down back. I’ve only seen a few games Holland has played, but he looks a step above these two.

Only 4 more games to yet another dismal season ends!! Roll on August 16

No-one of note thats for sure.

I have this feeling we will roll out one of these older coaches that imo are past it,coaches this club should have pressed hard to get well over a decade ago and not now!

Worm Burner the following players future at this club would be in doubt imo
O'Sullivan,Houghton,Eyres,Kane and Deaves.
I must say also that there have been a couple of players debuted that are a fair way off league standard so if they are at the front of the queue talent wise we are in even bigger trouble.

Even our captain is getting frustrated with whats happening and i would be surprised if he's with us next season.

All in all a weak effort and another promised year down the shithouse!

30Yrs only another 3 years and you'll be able to update your username!

Its a real shame that around a year ago there was some hope we were finals bound, now we are bound for another spoon.

I thought Houghton showed a bit yesterday. O'Sullivan has had a poor season but is good enough if he can recapture form from last year.

Of the players worthy of keeping Smith will be missing next year with Bateman and Bevan probably borderline to keep playing.

At the moment probably only C Morton, Risol, Hodge and would be definite top 22 players who are out with Leeson, Irons, Collard, Boyle and Keast borderline.

Unfortunately we ain't got the cattle and the playing list needs a significant overhaul, yet again.
