Picked up the annual report on the way home ahead of tonight's AGM.

The Club will announce a Profit of $11,643 for the year.

A good turn around from last years loss.

Not a lot alluded to from the playing perspective (2014).

Hopefully some good news tonight.

Ask the Pres when Perth can next expect to play finals footy!

As for me I expect to play finals every year. Has not happened often recently but that is what I expect.

Modest profit DF but not a bad effort all things considered. Certainly better than a six figure loss. Now who suffered that ???

Mr AFL, confirmed losses ... Sketcher and Reimers.
Confirmed gains....Mitch Moreton and Gerald Ugle. Still talking with Cale Moreton - considering return to Victoria (?girlfriend problem) -
Missed out on Sellar after the club found a job for his partner.
Undecided.....Tedesco (travelling) Leyendekers (Travelling?) Smith (desire, work)
Still working on possible recruits but no big names to get excited about.
Looks like a young developing squad going into 2014. Some good prospects coming through but they will take time. Can't expect too much from them too soon.
For me, the ruck stocks are thin and still lacking some height in KPs.

Your ruck stocks are about to get better. Have one training with you and his transfer will be sorted soon. Nearly had Stockley but West Perths asking price for a reserves player was far too high so you looked elsewhere and got another option.

No matter which team you support it is always great to see a team make a profit.

Barney, there was an off the record comment about a possible recruit from EP but I did not catch the name. Are you alluding to the same player?
