IMHO Brad Dodd is a great appointment.
He comes to us with a sound reputation from what we are hearing.
I hope he has the contacts to find us a really top-notch Ruckman.
And he needs to make sure our players go around again.
It's not the size of the dog in the fight. It's the size of the fight in the dog.
Winning isn't everything. It's the ONLY THING !!!!!!

I think while a new and younger football manager was required I think Trevor Williams has been a great asset to the Perth Football Club and a great guy. I hope the club can find a role for him should he wish to be involved with the club and hopefully be a part of better days. Always found him very approachable and willing to answer any questions from passionate supporters with a thirst for info.

If he has chosen to retire then I wish him all the best and thank you Trevor for your service and dedication to our club.

What Dodd was very good at was bringing in players that no one had heard of and they had impacts. Yes, he recruited Harry Marsh, Cody Leggett, Josh Schoenfeld and Hugh Dixon types but the real gems were English, Blakiston, McDonald, B.McGuire, Tassone and Marlin who were mainly fringe players at other clubs. EF also built a strong development program- which is evident in the Reserves team- which is very young but in a Prelim.

He’s a huge loss for EF and if given time I have no doubt he’ll bring in the right players for Perth. He’s also not afraid to move players on- though Monaghan helped there!

I think that is very unlikely DD. The signing of Brad Dodd as footy manager is a smart move by Perth and for Dodd Perth is a tremendous challenge to be involved with.
