Very sad news of the passing of former PFC president Damien Matthews.
A true Perth supporter on and off the field. Damien suffered from MND and sadly lost the battle a couple of days ago.
 

Worked tirelessly for the club and helped set us up very well financially.  A great supporter and a funny one too.

Terrible news. A great stalwart who made a huge contribution to the club. A faithful passionate supporter to the end. Condolences to his family and great number of friends. 

Sad news. Reckon I saw him at the EF game so he was there until the end. Jeez there’s some shit diseases out there.

Vale Damien Matthews. Condolances to his family and close friends.
A sad loss for our club. His heart was firmly Red & Black. He made a huge contribution to keeping the club financially healthy. He will be sadly missed.

Yes, rest in peace Damian.

I was shocked when he told me the news of his contracting this horrible disease.
