A couple of pretty broad assumptions there. I’m not going to waste my time responding to them. I will just enjoy the win and appreciate the efforts from the players who were out there. 
 

We did what we had to do against a second rate opponent. Really should have won by more with 25 more inside 50s. Outstanding game by Regan Clarke. HQ inaccurate, but got to be happy with a key forward having 8 shots on goal. !4 marks to Bush. Philip quick and very clean with his hands, but, as you might expect, was easily moved off the ball. I was reminded that Josh Smith would have been an outstanding player but for his injury problems. 

Got the job done. Could have been a bigger win but for inaccuracy (again) in front of goals. Regan Clarke BOG for mine. Shows what he can do when not tagged without cover. Q does show some promise but must get some help with his kicking at goal.
I liked the look of Baxter Philip. A grandson of premiership great Mal Winsor, I believe, so he has the genes. Only a youngster and lightly framed but hopefully he has a growth spurt in him. 
Best game back for Bush with MattyTaylor and Casey Nicholas very good in defence. Mayney had a better game this week.
I agree that Smith showed what he could have brought to the club in the midfield. His clearances along with Regan were good and I thought DBW did well at the hitouts and around the ground..
To keep it all in perspective, the opposition were a rabble.
