There can be no doubt we need quality recruits. But we needed recruits at the end of last year and came up with... Ainsworth and Ajang. Our recruiting over the last few years has been dismal. Masten, Smith and Ainsworth have given us virtually nothing. You might say it's bad luck, but we knew Smith had a history with injury, and if we didn't know Masten's knees were shot, we didn't do due diligence. The only one who was ok, albeit still afflicted by injury, was Grey. 

What's the bet next season we will sign Zac Langdon and a bunch of fringe players from rival clubs? Langdon will be announced as our "boom recruit." He will film a piece for the website saying how we have a really good bunch of young blokes and he can see we're going places and he wants to be part of it. Then he'll play 12 games, average 11 disposals and kick 7 goals. 

Not only the Football Manager but the coaching staff need a cleanout.
Ressies and Colts coaches need to go and we need to find some quality.
And don't talk to me about assistants where did Armstrong get to.
Not happy to be part of a mediocre group.
I am not convinced about Moss.
Some of our selection this year has been very poor.
We nee a quality experienced coach who can develop kids.
I am happy that Bob is happy with the season we need a clean out Board level too.
Some have not delivered on promises and others have been there far too long.

According to the telegraph wire, Moss is off to East Perth next season. Personally that is a bit harsh on Barnard because he has dragged the club out of the manure, the board put it in.

If EP want to sign a coach with a 6/30 win loss record, good luck to them. 

Well if they're the sort of messages people are receiving of the""telegraph wire"i'd be calling a Telstra technician A.S.A.P.

I don't care who our coach is. We need players. We have tried it all over the years - hardened WAFL coach (Magro), AFL assistant (Eastaugh), successful SANFL (Jarman), analytical amateur (McMahon), recycled WAFL coach (Spalding) and now recently retired AFL player in Moss. All have failed dismally for the simple reason that they have never had the depth through our zones. The main thing I would want from a coach is someone to bring some players across.
