Predictable lineup for the EP game. Good to see Busher back. Probably play down back IMO.
It would be great if we really come to play. Lots of enthusiasm, talk and lots of hard run and spread. Above all don't waste opportunities. Kick the goals and play hard ball for 4 quarters,
We have a score to settle here if we are up to it.

Outclassed as usual. Sad to say it but we just do not have enough players who know how to play the game.
 

I looked at the team and thought it looked good - one of the strongest line-ups for the year. I thought Perth would struggle to win unless they put in a four quarter effort but was confident of a good hard-fought game with a few flat periods like normal. But that game was just plain shit. What is most frustrating is that the rest of the competition is close and the best WAFL for years. All the shit teams of the last few years have improved immensely and helped create a closely fought level playing field. All except Perth, who has just seemed to have gone further and further backwards. It’s so very very sad. 

Yep,CM... we are an embarrassment to the WAFL. We would be hard pressed to beat a B-grade ammo side.
It gets worse every year and it will not get any better. I think I will go and join the Mukibudin Doogs Club. 
But seriously, what is the point in this sham of a club staying in the WAFL comp? Surely there must be someone out there who could come and turn it on it's head, shake it and and bring some plain old common sense to the table.
Every year we are promised good things are coming. We will not live to see it.

It gets worse. Injuries to Grey and Carey out of the game.

Any other club in any otber competition in Australia who had the lack of success we have in the  last 2 years would have announced a full club review weeks ago. The  only time we have seen the president is when we won 2 pre season games and he was on video gloating about it.
If this club doesn't  show some real signs of improvement in the next 2 years I really worry about the future as even on this page regular contributors are not around anymore. Unfortunately Bob promised the world and has delivered very little. 

Great call LL. Any review must be thorough, honest and unrelenting. Above all it must be ruthless.
Anything less would be unacceptable and should expose the need for total structural changes to the modis operendi from Board level, admin, marketing, zones, recruitment, coaching and all on field activities.
First things first. The club needs to own the position it is in and to be unconditionally prepared to tread the hard yards to revert it’self back to the successful and respected club it once was.
A hard road ahead but must be traversed. No other options IMHO.

No one appears to want to do the hard work Smokey. The club just seems to want to put its hand out all the time and go down the easy path.

Sometimes when listening to the old boys, all they talk about is how good they were or how good we used to be. That's almost 50 years ago.

The money that this club gets, where does it go to.  Year after year the club stays the same with always the promise of next year.  Myself and a lot of others are sick of waiting for next year.
