it’s interesting to see that Doultan Langlands has come off the main list. He showed glimpses last year but was hampered by injuries and other off field shit. Not sure what’s happening there, but also interesting to see that Chris Mayne has come onto it at #48. Now that would be a handy inclusion

Good to see Noel MANCUVENI make it onto the list. It’ll be interesting to see if his early promise in the 16s translates to something more

MANCUVENI was destined to be a good footballer and like many drop off at colts level. Hunter Montgomery was another junior that looked like an AFL career was possible, then dropped off at around 17 YO.  I wonder if PFC goes back and visits these guys as they get a little older and more mature.

Did anyone catch the scratchie against FART today? i see we got hammered by 50 points, but note that there were several not playing (Smith, Magic, Ajang, Giblett, 2Dads) along with some regulars playing in the ressies (H Busher, Avery, Clarke). Nine Fremantle-listed players were named for the game, although Treacy was put on ice during the 1st quarter

It was great to see Quartermaine kick 5 in the ressies who won by 20 odd points and amazing to see the colts have their first win in over a year (16.6 to 7.9)

Perth futures were good last year so maybe the Colts might go better in 2022. Strange that neither Ruckman played at any level yesterday. Peel smashed WP last week as well didn't they - maybe they are on the up
Victorians still laugh at West Aussies because of the way we bailed out the vfl and then allowed it to be called it the AFL!

A knock on the ankle by all reports. Not too serious but concerning.

Does anyone know why Langlands has gone? He was disappointing last season, but showed glimpses and was able to find the goals. Fully fit, he may have been an asset. Good to see that Mayne is on the list. Where do people see him playing? I'd like to see him deep forward. However, he was very effective at Collingwood across half back. Realistically, I think the coach should play Mayne wherever he prefers to play.

I would like to see Mayne play on a half forward flank to push up and be that link player between FB and HF. I would also like to see him pinch hit in the middle to provide a bigger body at bounce downs.
