The worst news possible is Brady Grey out for 8 weeks.  Back to 3 key players on long term injury list. Chris Masten not on list so hope he is available.
We may be forced to play Busher in defence again to cover if Sinclair does not come up.
Perhaps it opens up the possibilty of Fisher into the centre and maybe Jye Clark or Davis to come in for Regan Clarke if he is not a starter...

Terrible news in regards to Brady...on a positive note Freo are taking at least 30 players to Qld this weekend as they will be over east for 2 weeks.
This will weaken Peel but we cant be complacent as they  beat us in the last round of 2019 with only 5 or 6 Dockers

That eases the pain greatly LL. I agree that we cannot allow complacency on the back of that.
I am a bit concerned about the form of Matty Rogers. IMO he is not having the influence that we expect from a member of the Leadership group. I want to see him put in a greater effort than we have seen so far this season.
These next four games - PT, Souths, Falcons and Subiaco are critical to our finals prospects. We must be up for the fight in each of them.

Terrible news about Grey. He has been our most consistent player so far this season and was BOG on Saturday. When are these serious injuries going to end. They are exposing our lack of quality depth. If the WAFL games go ahead, we must take advantage of the Peel / Fremantle situation and nail the win. They will be weakened by the Fremantle trip east but it will still be a hard game, especially without Grey and Sinclair. Hopefully Masten is back and fully fit. Davis will be a chance to come back in and maybe Clark. I think Henderson only plays when there is a specific tagging role. He did well on Boekhorst last week.

FMD, this team can't take a trick this season.

Might be an opportunity for his twin Brodie Gray to get a run.

Sounds like Sturt will also be out for Peel and Banfield too so we'll definitely be getting them on a good week!

Taking advantage of our good fortune is an absolute must.
It's not the size of the dog in the fight. It's the size of the fight in the dog.
Winning isn't everything. It's the ONLY THING !!!!!!

If the Dockers are taking a squad of 30 players, Peel will be seriously depleted. With Banfield and Sturt out as well, they will lose about 9 players from the team that beat WC. On the other hand, we are cursed with injury - long term injuries to our best players. Grey should be back around 26 June - 3 July. McInnes should be back around the same time and Smith a couple of weeks after that. We will have one bye in that time - would have been two, but I assume we will use 12 June to make up for the missed EP game. It would be good us if they to play that game on 17 July rather than 12 June. So Grey and McInnes will come back in with about 6-7 games left, and Smith with 4-5 games. That means we should finish strongly, but we need to win enough games in the meantime to keep us in the hunt. If we keep losing players, that will be very difficult.

Just cannot take a fkn trick this club. 6 of the best players at the club all on the sidelines, most to long term injuries.
McInness another 8 weeks
Smith another 8 weeks
Grey - just added 8 weeks
Fisher - just returned from being in a moon boot in March
Masto been carrying a leg injury all season
Sinclair I suspect will miss a few
Yeo - missed all last season, should have been right to go round 1 but might have him available soon.

All A graders, then Regan Clarke just added and Jye Clark missed a couple.
Get on your bike.

Thats a pretty rough list- if Perth can just eek out some wins over the next 8 weeks- say 3-3, then you should come home with a wet sail. You've got a better slice of luck with Fremantle taking an extended squad away this weekend, so should bank another 4 points
