We have more of an idea now, Smokey. The teams have been finalised and Giblett is named in the ruck!

While I agree his 1 game there (that I saw) was excellent, I still think Eyres or some other tall should have come in to give us some options. If Gibba has to be moved back onto a rampant forward, DBW goes back into ruck and FF loses out again

An encouraging performance in the Colts today by Jack Avery - ex Claremont.
Disposals 39, Marks 7, Tackles 4. 
Will watch him closely in coming games. He could be one that may work his way up to the senior list.

I'd get him into the reserves straight away for a couple of games and if he performs he should definitely be in contention for league. However, I dread to think what sort of floggings the colts will cop without him.

Five goals to 2 last quarter made the result look a bit better. Claremont far too slick and clever should have won by more with 26 to 10 frees going their way. Difficult to believe that a team could play out a game and not get more than 10 free kicks.
interesting stats for DBW with 23 hitouts and 17 disposals including one very good goal from a long way out.
As usual the defence always under extreme pressure but they tried very hard and returned good stats in particular Sinclair and  Taylor.

Beginning to think the coach needs to visit the umpires to find out where we are going wrong.

As insane as it is, i love the idea. Nice guys finish last and we've been 'nice' for a fair while now. Sadly though, they do more than fine you these days and would start docking premiership points. We are not very often flushed with those

Bob seems like an affable chap and is friends with all and sundry (including assclowns like Townsend). He could do worse than to buy McGraw and co a Shirley Temple or whatever their drink of choice is.

On a serious note, thank fuck for Grey, Sinclair and a couple of others. Without them we woulda been little more than traffic cones for the handbaggers today
