Yep, I heard it and thought Langdon was a "Dick"
Very interesting. I was most interested in his (Moss's) comments about Jaiden Hunter. It does seem as though they may be grooming him for a key forward role eventually rather than a ruckman.
He didn't say much about Smith but confirmed all recruits are now in Perth and training.
No mention about Taylor but that now seems as though they may have given up on him.
Briefly mentioned Langlands and Bird, the latter comes with some recommendations ex Sydney Swans academy, only 19 and will be a work in progress.
Reported the boys are in full training again and fitness progressing well.
A new name on our list.. Kane LaFontain 22yo 195/98 from Augusta/Margaret River and East Perth

Interesting comment about Bird being about 194cm.
Good more height options imported.

Smokey, what did Langdon contribute to the interview apart from his obvious ignorance of the WAFL.

Typical Langdon comments. Unless I heard it wrong he was introducing the interview and said something about Perth made the finals last season and expect to improve their position in 2021.
Then he said "yeah, like that is going to happen"
Other than that Haselby asked better questions and had a more informed overview of the WAFL and PFC.

Langdon is a dead set cockhead. He should be the last person interviewing anyone about the WAFL. He show's the WAFL no respect and he's one of the chief reasons 6PR abandoned the WAFL many year's ago.

Digressing slightly, how those flogs (6PR) ditched Chris Ilsley for Todd Johnston is beyond me.

Nothing to do with this post but thought the Langdon haters here might find funny. In the mid/late 90s I was at the Post Office night club with a female friend of mine and it just happened to be Telethon weekend. My female friend was to the side with Ricky Grace who we had just met when I saw the greatest of WA legends D.K. Lillee and Rodney Marsh sitting nearby. I drummed up a convo with them. Well Langdon approach and started mouthing off at me and placed a finger directly into my chest and demanded I take a walk. He must have assumed that I was bothering the great men. Marshy emphatically told Karl there was no issue and D.K continued to tell me a cricket story (about his short time playing for Tasmania). Karl continued to give me daggers from 20 feet away until Marshy got up walked to the bar and bought me a Redback.... I spent the next couple of hours with them having a few drinks while my friend chatted with the Wildcats. Fuck you Karl

Langdon is (in my opinion) a dead set wanker. Got me fkd how he was fitted into the 92 GF side. Got a story about him too PD, but can’t share it. Love ya Karl :P
