Yep off the list alright I also noticed we have lost a lot of our indigenous players off the list as well.

A direct swap Quill for Byrne is a fanciful notion. Quill been on our list for a couple of months.
Obviously Byrne not under contract if he has dropped off our list. He would have definitely been a required player. Perhaps he saw his position in the 22, particularly in the midfield, under threat by the off season recruiting.
Whatever the circumstances it is very disappointing to lose another valuable player.
A bit ironic that it was a crude hit by a Shark that put him out of action for a greater part of the second half of last season.

A disappointing development but still listed by WAFL as a Perth player so no clearance as yet. Maybe EF will have to dip into their newly acquired Cache to buy him.

Can someone clear this up before we panic? Cary went off the team list when he was injured, now he's back on. It doesn't have to mean Byrne has left. It would seem strange if he had, given just a few weeks back he featured in one of the coronavirus training videos. Surely someone must know.

And Smokey, Byrne was injured v Subi, specifically a tackle by Delahunty.
