Great leadership by Bob Shields, the Board and the GM.

There's a reason for that.

A couple of issues arising:

- if the PFC is looking to demolish the grandstand, suggest you get in quickly because one of the 3 (your place, HBF Park (Perth Glory) and Leederville) is sure to go on a Heritage listing sooner or later.

My own view is that such a listing is essential, at least one of them should saved because of what they represent about WAFL footy in the middle of last century.

- the fact that the WAFC has also been pro-active in informing stakeholders.

The only criticism I have here is that they obviously haven't been cc'ing StD on everything.

Re the grandstands, Leederville's grandstand is in good nick with refurbs when EP went in and a lot done by Subi, it's old but structurally sound and very serviceable. Havent been to Lotons for a long time but it appears to have had plenty done to it when the whole ground was refurbed, but is no longer an Australian football ground. So when lathlain's grandstand goes, Leederville is in a good place to be listed if thats what Govt wants to do. Subi had to fight hard to ensure the historic gates on Roberts road were retained and listed when the AFL got hold of Subi, they wanted it all gone as it had no relevance to Vic footy.
