Because of The West's stupid policy of barring access to their articles I thought I'd open discussion on this before I saw the article. My top 5.

Why is it stupid that The West charge people to read their paper. Should they just pay people like John Townsend out of their own pocket? Advertising would not cover journalists costs. Good journalism like any other skill deserves to be paid. Do you download your movies and songs for free?
Victorians still laugh at West Aussies because of the way we bailed out the vfl and then allowed it to be called it the AFL!

I agree with PD, I think it’s wrong that the wafl news is only available to digital subscribers.

Without wanting to hijack the thread, but you did leave the door open, yep good journalism should be paid well but the west doesn't present anything close to IT.

Back to the topic good top 5 and like most team it is the WAFL b graders that make the difference, Subi don't have that many so yours will need to step up.
