The Cockburn derby grand final in both grades.
Cobras have been outstanding all season and lakes have come good when it mattered.
Lakes got up in a thrilling effort last week and will have all the momentum going into this weekend. Cobras with the week off will be we rested and ready to go.
I was actually surprised that cobras didn’t have many players in the top 10, but then again they are so evenly spread they probably took votes from each other. Lakes on the other hand had Lang well placed up there and he will definitely play a key role to the lakes midfield group. The lakes ruckman was dominant over big sandy last week and I expect him to throw his weight around again. Cobras got up in the regular season by 11 goals l, but grand finals are different and anything can happen.
The game now moved Gill Fraser in North Fremantle.
I’m tipping cobras by 4 goals
For the ressies, cobras have got up in the past meetings, I would of thought lakes would of learned a few things and may have figured them out and how to stop there run!
I still like the cobras in this game and expect them to run away with the win by 6 goals.
