What a cracking couple of games this week beautiful weather to go with them.

Melville were very good last week and now travel to Bull Creek to see if they can continue their run.

Realistically, I believe it's anyone's game, but expect Bull Creek to get up as they are probably travelling a little better.

In the Reserves, Ocean Ridge were really good last week and could get up again.

The second last round of the season and I expect two close games (3 really when you count the colts) this week at Bullcreek. Get there early because the car parking is terrible, and if its the same as the game they hosted two weeks ago the pies and sausage rolls will be microwaved by about 12.00 with very little else to choose from. On the bright side $5.00 Corona's are always a winner...…

In the league we have Bullcreek v Melville. I honestly think this game could go either way. Both teams are in form. Both games during the year were decided by less than a kick, with the home side winning on both occasions. Melville were good last week against Thornlie and if they kicked straight would have won by a far bigger margin, Bullcreek got touched up last week but have the ability to bounce back. I have said all year I don't think there was much between all the top sides, and I think Melville can get up here in a close one.

In the reserves Bassendean got surprisingly beaten last week, and they front up against a Ridge side that knows how to win finals. I think this one will be close but I will favor Bassendean, just because Ridge are travelling further than burke and wills each week, and eventually they will run out of money to pay the bus driver.

In the colts I expect Forestdale to beat Melville.

Enjoy playing in fine weather, ill see you all in the can bar if you make it.

The winners get a chance at a premiership hangover and the losers sit in the can bar at east freo next weekend
