And just like that we have another ladder shake up. Kwinana takes top spot with an arm wrestle of a match against Piara. Cobras were good but not good enough against Gossy. Belmont unfortunately no match for Quinn’s. Valley with a a big win and a “we’re not done yet” over willo. Kingsley welcomed Ellenbrook back to earth with a massive win. Once again another week ahead of us with so many ladder change possibilities, so many that it hurts my head thinking about it.

If Quinn’s want to stay in the five they need to keep winning. A big test against Kwinana this week tho. The Kwinana boys might be a bit jet lagged coming from one end of the freeway but I’m sure will take home the victory.Kwinana by 3 goals

Gossy got back on the winners list last week and also got back their star player after a rival club could not match the $$$. Kingsley were solid last week and will need to show up this weekend.Kingsley by 16 points

Piara will get a few back this week after losing players for the holidays. While cobras fighting to stay out of relegation.Piara by 6 goals

Valley put on a great performance last week and will now need to prove that it was not a fluke. Belmont will be competitive but no match for the valley boys Valley by 29 points

GOTR….. Eels with a bit of a wake up call last week after a few wins. Big test now for both willo and Ellenbrook in this as they both fight to stay in touch with the top five.Ellenbrook by 2 points

 Good luck everyone

great write as usual KTB and apologies for my tardiness in recent weeks. I'll endeavour to get back on the horse.

First off, Happy birthday to Whitey .... the game last week wasn't a good game and you'd think your coach would have done better seeing as it was YOUR birthday who does everything for the cruiser swilling clown but hopefully this week he makes amends! Poor effort by him I think.

Valley got one back over Willo and in the first round Valley were on the end of a bit of banter from Willo but got their chance for a bit of return serve and its honestly funny as hell. More clubs should get on board but keep it as banter and don't go overboard is all I'll say! Willo TikTok is very good stuff!

Bulls Vs Knights - GOTR - This is surely game of the round with The Knights currently the team to beat. The Bulls and The Hawks have dropped this mantle from early on and Knights are picking it up at the right time of the year. The Bull ground is always hard to play due to the winds and it usually gives them an advantage. Knights are sizzling at the moment and I'm tipping them by 8 points.

Hawks Vs Cats - This is another contender with another 2 teams in the top 5 playing off. Hawks have had a couple average weeks and still haven't seen Yarran who will be key to them winning a flag. Cats tore The Eels a new one and will fancy themselves here and I think they can win by 3 goals.

Falcons Vs Cobra's - Cobra's with 2 on the trot came unstuck against The Hawks last week and if they are any chance to stay out of the bottom 2 have to win this week. Falcons doing what they need to do most weeks and fell very short on the weekend against The Knights. Falcons at home by 5 goals

Valley Vs Bombers - My old mate Flav's mob this week and unfortunately i won't be around to see how it all unfolds but Valley showed they are definitely not done and served it up to Willo on the weekend. Bombers had plenty of shots last weekend but too many points. Valley at home by 4 goals

Eels Vs Blues - The 3rd one for GOTR in my book and will be interesting to see if The Blues can bounce back to some of the form they've had or will they capitulate to The Eels. Eels were torched on the weekend and won't be happy. They will definitely make amends and I think they'll win by 2 goals.

good luck all and enjoy the frothies!

Thanks Viper, funny enough the cruiser drinker asked me to pass a message on to you….

“Yes you have been quiet for a few weeks, especially two weeks ago you weren’t around to hand the burley to me, but I guess when you have a win the chain gets pulled and the turd surfaces.”

Another round done and the table is no closer to being finalised  ... i think only 6 in the race for the top 5 and 4 in the race for relegation though.

The Bulls went BANG over The Knights by 66 points
The Hawks by 18 over The Cats
The Falcons by 19 over The Cobra's
Valley and Bombers with a draw after the siren
The Eels by 32 over The Blues

Eels v Wiilo only went 5 min into third qtr, match was abandoned after sickening leg injury to an Ellenbrook player. Couldn’t move him from the ground for over an hour.

Valley hit the front with less than a minute to go. Belmont won the centre clearance and got a free kick at half forward. I don't know which player took the kick, but a goal would have won the game, he hit the post from I think about 50m out.
