I didn’t realise there were mid season trades happening… with one of the best players in the league moving from Gossy to Kwinana. This will be interesting if they meet come finals. Willo was 3 goal winners over Quinn’s, that has now seen Quinn’s drop out of the five. Cobras and Kwinana could not be separated in a thrilling draw, cobras with five more scoring shots tho! Piara with a solid win over Belmont to hold off on top spot. Valley stayed close with Kingsley all day but fell short by 9 points. Probably the unexpected one was Ellenbrooks victory at Gossy. I said last week that Ellenbrook were the inform team and yes Viper I should have tipped them!! This ladder just keeps getting crazy and crazy every week.

To be honest I had nearly written the cobras off but this game against Gossy is winnable. It’s at home and gossy are now vulnerable. Are the wheels on the Gossy bus starting to fall off? They lose this and they might be in trouble.Cobras by 2 points

unfortunately the Belmont boys have fallen to last while Quinn’s are now not in the five. If Quinn’s fall asleep and lets this slip they will have to make up a lot of ground. Can Belmont keep their season alive with a miracle win? Quinn’s by 4 goals

GOTR…. Do or die in this game, a must win for willo to keep there foot in the door and for valley just to see light at the end of the tunnel. A loss here for valley I feel like it’s season over, so everything is on the line.willo by 14 points

1 v 2 and this game will be live streamed. Doesn’t get any better than this, a win for Piara to keep top spot and a win for Kwinana to take it off them. Kwinana with a big inclusion to help boost their side will help get them in the right direction and piara are just doing all the right things at the moment.Piara by 10 points

The up and coming eels are the talk of the town right now and have now made their way into the five. Kingsley sitting nice in fourth with a slight better percentage. a real big test for the eels now with a win that only makes it difficult for teams below harder to catch up. Can the eels keep their fantastic performance going?Ellenbrook by 1 point with a kick after the siren.

 Good luck everyone

Yeah KTB, looks like Kwinana got that transfer done for TH before the cutoff which only strengthens them in the back end of the season.

Cobras have sprung to life and would be eyeing off a win against Gossies. The question on whether Yarran plays or not this week will go a long way to deciding the game. It’s was a 10 goal victory to the Hawks last time, I’ll go Cobras in an upset this time around.

I think it’s been a tough few weeks for Belmont off the field and unfortunately it’s been reflected on field. Quinns to get the win here.

The Blues travelled up to the Valley and came home with the 4 points thanks to a 28 point victory in round 4, can the Valley do the same on the return leg? I think the can bar up on the hill will be vocal as Willo claim the win.

Kwinana are on a 5 game winning streak and have added in a quality player, last time they went down by 20 points on the Auskick oval, this time they get to play on the wide spaces of Medina. Piara have won 3 in a row since their shock loss to Valley and with only 2 points seperating them in the ladder it’s winner takes top spot and bragging rights going into finals. The Knights to hold strong at the castle.

its a big day at Kingsley with their 30th birthday bash promising a big parochial crowd. They would be confident after winning by 5 goals last encounter. The Eels look forward to not having to travel as far this week or starting as early as last weekend. Hopefully Ellenbrook spoil the party and come home with the win.

as long as the clearance is started on or before June 30. It does not need to be completed by June 30 is my understanding of the rule Nuggets.

Was on leave and busy so missed my votes .....

Hawks over Cobra's by 24 points
Bulls over Bombers by 25 points
Valley over Blues by 38 points
Knights over Falcons by 23 points
Cats over Eels by 81 points

Also we will be moving to a hybrid pool/panel umpire system. I think it should have been this from the start. Most of the umpiring has been pretty good but every week there is always a mystery going through the umpires mind with a card or a few decisions. It'll take away whining if its not your club umpire.

My guess is the 6 day clause was invoked. The system itself does not allow a transfer to be submitted if I remember rightly.
