Three out of five last weeks were close ones! Piara did enough for a win over struggling Kingsley. Gossy made easy work for the fifo Kwinana. Valley got close but not close enough as mossy and apparently a blondy got up by 11 points. Willo turned the heat on against lakes. Gave them a scare as lakes got up by two points. Quinn’s kicked four goals in the last to come home strong over harbour.A little bit of wet weather about this weekend always makes it interesting and with still some games on the line seeing the results come sat afternoon will leave you on the edge of your seat.

Gossy and mossy was nearly my pick for GOTR. I’m actually going to get down and watch as I think Gossy will push the Mossy boys! Mossy by 3 points

Kwinana get back players this week, I hope these guys have booked time off work for finals if they make it into the five. A must win game a home against the raging bulls who will come out all horns blazing. Kwinana by 2 goals

Harbour get a chance to come home strong these last few weeks and willo will have a bit of confidence behind them after last weeks efforts. Harbour by 6 goals

GOTR... lakes v Piara, lakes were pushed to the limit last week and there are some words coming from there camp is that they have copped a few injuries. Piara need to show up, switch on and pull there fingers out. Lakes by 8 points

Valley will be too strong for Kingsley and will have a nice little percentage booster. Valley by 10 goals

 Good luck everyone

Results and a massive win by The Falcons over Lakes is the talking point for sure .... that to me seals the top 5!

Mossy by 18 points over The Hawks
Bulls by 14 points (looks like should have been by 60 points) over The Knights
Dockers by 3 points over The Blues
Falcons by 12 points over Lakes
Valley by 10 points over The Cats

What interesting week in football... some big upsets including in the AFL, did anyone get more than two?I ventured out to Mossy Park and let me just say that I love the balcony set up.... but guys! Please re turf your oval this off season, it looks like a cow paddock and the pot holes over the ground are accidents waiting to happen. I caught the last qtr of the ressies and I actually thought it was going to be a close finish but Mossy turned it on and Gossy turned it off, 6 goals in the last for Mossy to run away easy winners. The league started and was an even contest. Goal for goal in the first, but mossy came firing out of the blocks in the second to kick 7 and Gossy getting a few back to trail by four goals at halftime. Also a big collision between two players from both sides which probably seen the Gossy guy come off second best, I hope they both recovered well, Some rain came over and play slowed down a little as the Mossy mud pit turned more muddy. Both teams struggling to take clean position but mossy made most of there forward entry’s. Gossy having one down on the bench gave it there all in the last as mossy held position and decided to kick it to themselves for what felt like 30mins if some of the Gossy players had gone man on man they could of forced a few more turnovers. Mossy getting up by 18 points
