Been a bit quiet on the C1 front this year thanks Homer for getting it started again last week.

My picks for this week:
Ballajura v Jandakot:
Ballajura definitely appear to be the team to beat at the moment, out on their home deck I feel they may be too much for Jandakot

Brentwood v Melville:
Another big game between two teams in the top 5. Melville have appeared to tidy themselves up a bit this year and I think they’ll beat Brentwood Booragoon.

Carlisle v High Wycombe:
Two struggling teams but I believe if High Wycombe can put a similar team on the park this week as they did last then they’ll win. If not carlisle might be able to scrape their way to another win.

Thornlie v Swan Athletic:
Thornlie again struggling this year and I don’t see that changing this week with the recently relegated Swans getting a win on Thornlies home deck.

Good luck to all this week!

Here we go, finally gathering some traction here, hopefully we get a few more people join to add to this once great chat.

I was happy enough to go 4/4 with my tipping for last week although my margins were a fair way off with Melville getting a healthy percentage boost against Carlisle, Ladder leader Ballajura could have also had a much larger win if they could convert a few of those behinds into a big 6 pointer.

Jandakot vs Ballajura: Whilst the Jets have had a nice little win against a strong Brentwood I don't believe they have the talent to keep up with the ladder leaders. I would be very happy to be proven wrong though to make the competition more even.

Melville vs Brentwood: A game that will be broadcasted on facebook so it will be a great chance for Ballajura to have a look at Melville before their game in round 9 after Melville have the week off. This game will be neck and neck but I will be tipping the Rams by a goal in what will be a very skilled and very physical game(Everyone loves showcasing their talent when the games are being recorded).
Carlisle vs HW: Carlisle with a very easy win here.
Thornlie vs SA: Swan Athletic will rub salt in the wound of Thornlie with a very big win here, way to talented for Thornlie to keep the game close.
