Same as the C4s grade the C5 grade will see 5 A/B 3/4s up against top teams from other clubs. 
It will be a very interesting grade and again I think the big clubs 3/4s will be far too strong for the smaller clubs as they have a much bigger number of players to choose from and they will dominate this grade.

Was it a forfeit in both league and reserves with Baldivis Vs Kelmscott? Points going to Baldivis?

Kelmscott ressies forfeited, and Baldivis league forfeited.
Points went to Kelmscott.
not a good way for either team to finish the season, lessons will be learned from this I am sure.

Thanks Keldog. Yes, unfortunate to end the season with a forfeit for any club. Hopefully the Doggies can regroup for next season.

how does the league team forfeit and the reserves doesn't? its very specific in the rules about that.

hey Viper,
The Kelmscott ressies were the first to forfeit and that was accepted by PFL.
Then the next day Baldivis 3rds had to submit a forfeit and that was also accepted.

so by the rules its all legit.
