Pretty much as expected on the weekend although some of the margins were more than expected. The Bulldogs bounced back from their first loss to comfortably handle Mosman Park, SNESA found form to dispose of Gosnells, Kwinana comfortably over Coolbinia, Kenwick belted the hapless Raiders and a disappointing Valley fell away late to get taken apart by Hamersley Carine.
With 8 games to go the battle for fifth in particular is on, Valley are not safe yet in fourth and the top three will battle it out for the week off and home ground advantage in the finals.1

Coolbinia v Gosnells
A must win for the Falcons to stay in touch with the top five and the Hawks cannot afford to drop games against sides below them on the ladder. I'll back Gosnells in a tight tussle.
SNESA v Kenwick
Plenty to play for with the Ex scholars back in the finals hunt and the Royals a chance to avid relegation if they can snatch another win or two. Hard to go past SNESA at home and seemingly back in form.
High Wycombe v Kwinana
A lot of interest in this one as it's the first time they have met this year. I'll back the Dogs at home but it should be a cracker.
Swan Valley v Dianella
The Valley will be looking to pile on the misery for the Raiders and stack on the percentage.
Hamersley Carine v Mosman Park
The Hawks are takin gall before them at the moment and I can't see Mossies changing that.
Good luck to all and hopefully we can get to play.
