Some interesting results in round 4 to say the least. Whilst the result was expected the margin in the High Wycombe - Gosnells game surprised me. Hamersley-Carine's demolition of Kwinana was a major shock, the Knights had been good in a tight win over SNESA and then brushing aside Coolbinia. I can only assume that they had a few major outs. SNESA easily accounted for Dianella Morley as expected, Coolbinia grabbed an important 4 points over Kenwick and The Valley got up in a one point thriller over Mosman Park.

Round 5 has some intriguing battles:

Kenwick v High Wycombe

The Royals are always never say die but should be outclassed here. The Bulldogs by plenty.

Gosnells v Hamersley Carine

The battle of the Hawks, my old mob copped the brunt of the Bulldog's bite last week and may well get it again as Hamersley Carine were very impressive in disposing over expected finals contender Kwinana last week. Hamersley Carine by 5 goals.

Kwinana v Mosman Park

I expect the Knights to bounce back from last weeks debacle, especially at home but Mossies were unlucky to not get the four points away to The Valley last week. I'll back Kwinana at home assuming they have some ins.

Dianella Morley v Coolbinia

The Falcons took care of a battling Kenwick last week and get another opportunity against the struggling Raiders. It should be an easy four points, Coolbinia by 10 goals.

Swan Valley v SNESA

The Valley got up by the barest of margins last week and will find the going tougher against a SNESA outfit that is expected to be a contender. The Ex students took care of the Raiders easily and will start favourites, hopefully its another cracking game for the Valley faithful and they get the boys over the line by a kick.

Good luck to all and may the season be COVID free from here on in.

Great stuff Dingo

some very interesting results indeed. Would now appear that High Wycombe and Hamersley Carine are a class above? I still think SNESA are up there and r1 was just a blemish???. Not sure who rounds out the top 5, Kwinana and Swan valley you would think but it’s a  Long season so lots can happen

Dianella v Coolbinia
hopefully Dianella continue to improve but  Coolbinia will make it 2 in a row here.

Gosnells V HC
Hamersley Carine will want to flex and go bigger then High Wycombe did last week. 10 goal winners

Kwinana v Mosman Park
The mosquitoes are no doubt disappointed after the thriller but good to see they’re competitive since coming up. I think Kwinana will bounce back at home by 4 goals

Kenwick v High Wycombe
High Wycombe comfortably by 10 goals to continue their perfect start. An elite midfielder that should take them to back to back grand finals.

Swan Valley v Snesa MOTR
Swan Valley at home in a tight contest.

Great stuff fellas, I like were c2 going and we  clearly have some very interesting games ahead of us.

coolbinia over DM by 5 goals
hamersley to get up and be the bigger Hawk on the day by 8 goals
kwinana for the win after a very very poor performance last week, by 17 points
High Wycombe to remain undefeated with the win over kenwick by 10 goals
SNESA travel away and I think they can keep winning, they are really starting to tune together nicely now and will put the grape pickers to sword. SNESA by 8 goals

good luck everyone
