Yanchep fished last year off in e2 and have been able to put together two teams ready for another crack at c4, Armadale also did not too bad in c5 and will now join the c4 comp while coming down will be Stirling.
my early ladder prediction.

1, Forrestdale, undefeated last year but unfortunately couldn’t get the big one. There BnF winner is probably one of the best players in this comp.
2, Rossy
3, Roleystone 
4, Stirling 
5, noranda. With frank back at the club I think he should be able to turn things around. But if they start to loose games early keep an eye out for a stacked ressies side.

6, Osborn Park
7, Armadale 
8, Bayswater ​​​
9, manning 
10, yanchep

Word on the street is that a side have dropped their reserves team and c4 will be a 9 team comp.

Based on the existing 10 team structure I’ll go with:

Forrestdale - won’t lose a game
Noranda - Frank and the addition of a few coolies boys will make them a tough proposition
Rossmoyne - Big, physical and very tough to beat on their big ground. Loss of a few blokes back to the bush may hurt them a little bit
Roleystone - Will be thereabouts
Stirling - Have had a couple of massive wins in pre season games, over very average opposition. Should find the going a bit tougher in the regular season

Osborne Park - will improve
Bayswater - Have a colts team but have also lost a few out. Could finish anywhere tbh
Manning - They weren’t terrible last year. Look to have a few clearances in which is encouraging
Yanchep - Tough to beat up in south Geraldton but I think their away form and lack of depth will hurt
Armadale - Can’t see much changing for them from their last c4 venture. Hopefully they surprise a few teams this year.
