One definite change to the squad Steve Verrier ruled out , I would guess that Dragovich , Florenca and Parry will be in the equation as replacements. Interesting to note that when we beat the Lions in Round 1 Jake Solomen was supreme in the ruck in big Brock's absence , could the selectors pull a trick from out of the bag? IMO I think they will go with the extra run and grunt in the midfield and and have Higgo and back up from Shaw.
Sound like a stuck record but the game will be decided by the respective midfields and the side that makes the most of their chances inside 50. Scoreboard pressure does funny things to the mind in finals.
We need to kick 18 goals plus on the weekend to have any hope....

dwert: you have got a good side, one with pace and skill, one as well, which has been the highest scorring team in the competition. We could run into trouble on the pace front, as for some reason, Schofield has included players with extra height --- almost as if he thinks we are playing Peel.

Like BC, I hope it is a great game, and that one of our sides has two more wins before the end of the season.

No excuses beaten by s team that just wanted a little more than us sadly...

Their mids were tougher in the clinches , their forwards were dangerous and took their chances and their defence was miserly and brutal.

No real surprises there, had a faint heartbeat in the last but never really a chance , despite all that it was a pretty pleasant day out in great weather , not a bad crowd, well that's the league a wrap for me , good luck to the Reserves , another boring Wafl GF coming up , I don't give Subi any chance v Peel TBH .
