2013 WAFL comp will be the closest it has been for years from 3nd to 8th postions , big improvers will be the Chunder through the charity lottery and the sliders will be Swans with some huge losses in prime-mover type players
Claremont again will be strong , very strong lots of depth even though some players may be ageing.

Talking point will continue to be the toxic alliances .... also the affect to harmony within particularly the West Coast Puppets of Medibank Stadium.

At least Haselby has come out and says everyone at Souths expects the team to play finals...everyear!!
Thats the attitude.

Theres no way Perth will make the 4 and in fact i think another spoon looms.
I think the 4 will be very similar to last seasons.

It will be a good team that beats Claremont in the GF.

Interesting 'Flag .... I think 3rd to 9th is a raffle and may come down to early season wins on the board ,,, dunno bout Swans 3rd & the Puppets 5th maybe other way around ?????

Not sure even a diehard Subi supporter would have us up to second this season. Hopefully we can slip into the four though.

You missed West Perth. The more I look at their list, the more I think they will be pretty strong. They've recruited really well (Kerr, Marusic, Manzone, Potente) and having Van Berlo and Strijk back on their list full time is a bonus.

They still have their trusty mids/utilities like Salecic, Bartholomew, Hutchings, Gaudagnin, Browne and Jones - plus emerging on-ballers like Black, Rasmussen and Nelson should be in for good years.

Three of their young blokes are very good - Rodda (Key defender), Antonio (Small forward) and Johnson (Ruckman/Fwd).

Just a question whether Fowler, Tsalikis, Johnson, Mellington and Stockley can kick enough goals.

Sorry LH had west Perth 5th this year.

Some interesting predictions from the tipsters in today's west liftout. 2 things that haven't changed is Claremont on top and Perth on bottom however everything in between looks unpredictable!
