I reckon you guys have a good chance in this game Southerner. Subi may be due for a loss as they could be starting to feel a bit comfortable with a two game and % buffer with a game in hand as well.

Disspointing to see Branchi go after only two games thought he had done enough to keep his spot in those games. Particularly as our team looked better balanced with the two ruckmen and it looks like Madut and Bestry will be up against Higgins. Cannot expect the big fella to do that all year...

Good to see Schoithe , Kelly and Carter back, Be interesting to see who will TC look to lock down plenty to think about Kitchin , Horsley , Robinson , Twomey , Waters , Menegola etc Not to mention Yarran who always seems to pop up when we play them.
We looked a bit slow and played a little free wheeling last week if we turn up with that frame of mind we will get pumped like at Freo in round one.

Have a feeling we r going to cop another Subi hammering here...if we start like we did in the last couple of weeks, despite winning, we could find ourselves 7 goals down in the blink of an eye...

I'm tipping a good tight game - South are much improved from our last meeting

I agree with Mike and Chopper. South are a pretty good side. I think Subiaco will come back to the field a bit as finals approach. We remain vulnerable in the big man area and, in the long-term, EP, CL and perhaps WP will be able to exploit this. It was not that long ago that WP held us score less in a quarter.

All the best to both teams tomorrow.

The lads put a pretty good fight but the first quarter lead proved the difference in the end in a low scoring game a real shitfight after the first quarter

Not sure whether we'll lose Josh Pullman for next week touch & go

All in all the Lions earnt their win

Listened to the match and a win for SF was there to be taken.
Subi seemed to win a lot of stoppages and the same names kept comming up from the usual suspects but seemed to be a few missing in action so it appeared to be the job of a few to put up a contest.
One name that came up a lot and seemed in a huge amount of the play was
Dragovich.. Dont know much about this guy but he certainly got involved
I noticed in the call a lot of ball went towards Mugambwa but he didnt hold the marks. Not watching I have no idea who and what he was up against.
Yarren was well held and kept out of the game. Not sure who was on him but he did a good job.
Ashton Hams was one who was predominent in the all and never stopped.
Sellars name came up a bit as well and seemed to perform well on the day

All the best for the rest of the season.
