how can you be gone for the year if you lose the derby mate....apparently your season was done and dusted at 0/4.....lots to play for even when you boys lose the derby mate! .......as malaxos said on the EF site, ones fortune can change both ways pretty fast.....just got to make sure you take every opportunity that comes your way I guess......easier said than done I guess

the chances of winning 8 or 9 of the last 11 to scrape in are pretty slim mate. If you are 3 and 6 chances are you aren't playing that well to even break even over the second half of the year.

We have been chasing our tails since round 4 and to go down in a must win game last sat was it as far as I'm concerned.

Just as a matter of interest, have been compiling some stats. This game looks likely to be a close affair. So far East Frem have had 384 ball disposals inside their 50 mt arc and have an accuracy rate of 48.1. Souths have had 378 ball disposals inside their 50 mt arc and have an accuracy rate of 52 and a half. Looking at the standings there is only 1.5 % difference on the league ladder. This being a big game for both clubs.

A good game of footy I thought. The home team couldn't quite do it. When Souths looked like threatening on the scoreboard, East Freo would kick away and keep themselves in front on the score-sheet. Looked like a very healthy attendance at the ground. Just a tick under 5,100 spectators apparently.
