Oh well another sign of the times, sadly due to,poor attendances Friday night games even those planned this year have been abandoned,

Real pity as a few years ago these were great nights with well over 3000 at most games and a boom for the bar,



But last games have been well under 2000.

Really it does need another 2 or 3 banks of lights to improve things - personally I love the night games coz the Markets are available , just the atmosphere & food smells are sweet

If SFFC are only waiting for a complaint i will write one today. The lights are crap and you cannt see the other side of the oval. Getting to Freo on a Friday night is a pain in the backside and then getting parking is even worse. Hope the President is correct and the CEO is incorrect.

Astro how about worrying about your own club who havn't won an legitimate flag since 78.

I remember taking the train down in the arvo, grabbing a kebab and having a couple of beers at the Newport before heading down to the ground to watch the game have a couple of bets on the cheats on chariots then couple more after the game and gone.

It was a great night out! And agree with Southerner the atmosphere in freo on a Friday night was all part of the reason to go.............
