Yeah I hope SF can stay fit too........atleast that will minimise the endless excuses coming out the SF ozfooty camp this year if SF start losing.......as for surprise mids.....how about SF surprising all n sundry and looking in their own back yard first before they start annoying their neighbours with endless requests for help! LOL

Look out for a certain colts player from last year to have a big impact at league level this year.

Plenty of talent at south freeze. Just would like an experienced bigger bodied mid to help out these young fellas that's all.

.....surely Hams will push into the midfield?.....especially if Sokol slips into your forward line....this kid is all class and could easily kick you boys 30 - 40 goals....will definitely go under the radar early on.....a midfield of Cook,Hams, Bairstow, Lowrie etc will be more than competitive for you boys.....EF have lots of mids but just no talls.....gotta feeling they are gonna play pretty small this year....perhaps Bolger may want to come over to Moss St to get a game!

Suppose Cook, Hams, Schloithe, Carter, Bairstow, Kelly, Verrier, Martinez, Gugliamana, Miller, Pickett and Bewick should offer a bit in the middle.

Sokol will be a good one for us but I was thinking of another one.

and Lowrie, Burnett, Gulley and the likes.

After reading that Sean Lynch has gone to Perth (which seems to be the case) I thought I would have a look at the WAFL club list and see if there had been any alterations.

Here is what I found so far.

Gone are Jarred Winter and Reece Adams off the list as we knew but Warrick Andreoli's name still appears. He was one who I was told was going. Maybe a change of heart. Hope so as he showed some promise towards the end of '13.

New recruit Stephen Mills appears from Southport / Gold Coast reserves. Only 18 yrs old but 193cm KPP. Perhaps a project player for us as he has some good height but only been playing for 3-4 years. Cost us 5 points.

Lewis Harvey's name still there or reappeared. Thought is was gone but is there now and only at 3 points, sure it was 5?

Brendan Gulley still there, told he has come back so that's good and Jayden Woods' name still appears on the list. He would be great for us if he is back.

Pullman only cost us 3 points in the end and Cook has been reduced to 5.

All up our squad totals below 90 points which is extremely low.

Kingsley-Smith and Tyler Hall can't be seen on the list either and Brock Higgins from EP still remains on the EP list.

Over all no shocks but a few who may be playing that we never counted on. Here is hoping.

Dogman, please tell us something about Sean Lynch. Dual Colts Premiership player age 20 and one League game. 185 cm is he a midfielder or small running half back?
Former State 18s and 16s so must be able to play.

Smokester I think Doggies lack of comment pretty well sums up Lynches loss for SF and PFC "gain"......read into what you want......obviously the kid had a good junior CV......surely if he was any good SF would of enticed him with enough crayfish to last him a life timel....wouldn't you agree?
