Better option as what? A key forward? I don't think so. Ruscoe was average last year. Not sure who kicks your goals. Defence has never been a problem so Hughes doesn't add much more than Boullineau (who it was said was leaving). Jimmy Miller would be a big in. Clarke-Dehrig isn't a key forward either. 

Still, added some players which is positive. Still waiting for the Fight back also - this year its marking your territory - look forward to that being a non event as well

What can you guys tell us about Jackson Broadbent who you snatched off us before he put ink to paper a couple of years ago? Apparently was a highly rated youngster with loads of upside but didn't crack a league game at South which is ok he is lean and raw and the old it takes time for ruckmen to develop.

Did he display any of that talent in the reserves? Seems like his commitment waned or was never there. Seems strange to come to Perth now but perhaps with a bit of maturity and maybe a job in Perth or perhaps studies the move to Perth made sense. I noticed he was listed as "personal leave" on your injury list most of last season.

Chris Keunen was a very good lean ruckman for us for many years, Premiership player too
