This would have to be the match of the day. If Swans win, it's happy happy days for their fans this week. If Souths lose  it leaves them in a precarious position with some work to do in the coming weeks, as they battle ladder positions with Claremont. South Fremantle would realize the importance of this match, and the other teams would have seen the big statement the bulldogs made last week by tossing Subi aside. You little beauty, have been led to believe this being the SportFM covered match of the day. Not sure how the drainage is at Fremantle Oval, would imagine it will be slippery with all the rain during the week. 

Fremantle is another bogey ground for Swans WAG. Last seasons victory there was the first win since 2014.
However the team has broken a few hoodoos this year (wins at Claremont, Joondalup and Leederville) so no reason why they cant continue this trend. Will be tough though with the Doggies coming off a good win over Subiaco.

The forecasted weather around the Wafl grounds on game day is for the possibility of light rain in the late afternoon with a maximum temperature of 20⁰ expected. 

Lose this game and when start to slip away - and then a Derby next week, could be very hard to come back if we lose both.

in the same dinghy as Swan Districts , East Fremantle , Claremont & probably even Mandurah - can't afford to drop even 1 game given how tight 2nd to 6th is.
