The Southerners had an off day last week and one would expect them to be bouncing back today. Apparently they are paying a dollar and 10c for the win from what I'm told.

there was a bit of enterprise for what - a quarter and a half or so ?
but the rest of it was decidedly ho hum
thought Parker had a special one he did try to whip up some sting

the other results today with both Swan Districts & Claremont winning sees a distinct 6 club race , for the time being , after each club has completed 10 games.
8 games each to play 
a two game gap between Claremont in 6th to West Perth , Subiaco & West Coast 
Perth wanted to win this one to keep it open but that didn't happen

yesterday was 150 games up for the ex-skipper Dylan Main too - these days it is a quite an achievement just getting near that
he's been fantastic since coming back from the VFL

Yes, he is a fantastic player for the club over the years. Hopefully he will crack on and maybe reach the 200 game milestone.

For EF sake, I hope Main retires before the next Derby Rock. A constant thorn for EF over the years, and many other WAFL clubs as well no doubt. As Southy rightly says....to reach 150 games in this current WAFL climate , s a fantastic achievement.

And I think Main is a local guy from Souths recruiting zone too? Great to see a local come up and do good.
Would have been playing for 8 or 9 years.
