Does the club have any plans to rectify this alarming demise?. The CEO and our Board just seem to want to bury their heads in the sand and ride it out. are they using the old cliche Talent is a cyclical thing that will rectify itself in a few years? I have seen many clubs sit on their hands and do nothing and the long term effects to your culture in your organisation are terminal. I hope they have a plan.

I would like to see a few bums kicked and shown the door. I think until that happens we will see the club go down the slippery slope
