Look I know we were up against 14 or 15 AFL players and had a few regulars out but that was probably the most disgusting performance I've seen in years
Rarely do I ever mention umpiring but they were the worst set I've seen since Ron Buckey 
I hope our young blokes learnt something out of it because they need to after this one

What was the problem with the umpires Southy as you guys won the free kick count 20 to 10 according to the WAFL website?

mate I think this is the first time I've ever mentioned umpiring on here but some of the decisions were just bullshit even ups if that was the actual official numbers you've posted

TBH Southey, I thought your boys looked a bit disinterested at times.  It was like they were overawed and certainly didn’t have the pezzaz they usually have.  Not the South’s we are used to.

As their AFL team has started getting players back, the Eagles WAFL team has started to improve as well. I can see them causing a few more upsets before the end of the season.

unfortunately we got them at somewhere close to a full strength AFL contingent , being without a few of our best players and not playing all that well - so it was always going to end badly mate
As Mike posted they will cause some damage but hopefully we've made the other WAFL sides aware of them more
