Mixed bag.

Bad news is the Anzac Derby is gone which is very disappointing. 2 derbies.
Country games are back and unfortunately as usual we get stuck with one at the expense of a home game.
Good
Every game on a Saturday

Fixtures are subject to change in short notice as no start times are published. It all evolves around the AFL.

saw that
we'll be seeing earlier & later starts or reschedules at minimal notice
distinct impression there'll be specials for the two AFL sides

first nine rounds normal - the last nine polar opposite of that

Yep aware of that, but normally we get lumbered with a few Sundays fixtured in, the early commitment to Saturday is good.

Don't mind early and later starts on a Saturday, just don't like Sundays.

The season could be disrupted by Covid once again just like it is now for summer sports.

The advantage of the WAFL of course is that it is an intrastate competition so as long as there is no community transmission of the COVID virus in WA there should be no disruption to the fixtures.
