The two form teams of the comp, should be an absolute cracker cant separate them so SF due to home ground advantage, will definitely watch the replay.

Don’t reckon we’ve won down there for a few seasons now after a pretty good trot. This is our big test, IF we can knock over Subi AND South in the first 3 rounds then we’re pretty bloody close to a top two finish.

Got over the line in , for the second week running , a low scoring arm wrestle
Both midfields again seeing plenty of leather
handy win to stay a bit clear of fourth & fifth with a couple of results helping things
for now anyuway

Another Barn Burner? I mean I would literally want to burn the grandstand down if I had to watch two games of football back to back and the winning team only kicks 12 goals in two games. You couldn't get better conditions for football today.

and that would still be a whopping 6 times more goals than a certain AFL club apparently managed last week

In a match that rained from start to finish and the winner only managed 6 goals themselves. I’ll stay at home or do something else if that’s the way football is heading thanks.

Got home from basso in time to watch the last qtr and it was a really hard contested qtr of footy, Cl looked like they might pinch it with so many inside 50's in the last but your defence was terrific to hold them out. Massive game for us (Subi) next week as Souths are this seasons team to beat so far and we are a long way from full strength. Should be a ripper game, lets hope it's also a open attacking game.

It wasn’t exactly like Claremont South games from the 1980s that’s for sure.
Jeez South have a strong defence, we just didn’t have any size up forward to trouble them. Main, Wilson, Strom... they’re all big lads but also quite mobile.

Another fantastic result, low scoring but a real arm wrestle all day and could of gone either way.

Decent turn out given it was Claremont.

Great weather, full credit to the Claremont supporters, not many of them but they really made some noise when the league side ran on.

Big test for us next week, looking forward to a day out in Leederville.
